Sprouted Grains Loaf

This Bread is made using two of our heritage grains fresh-milled flour blend (Yecora Rojo, Spelt). It ferments for a total of two days using our wild yeast starter. We add five different types of sprouted seeds and legumes. All of them (white quinoa, black quinoa, millet, red lentils, Abruzzi rye) are organically grown and allowed to sprout before they are processed, mixed together and baked to produce the final product. This loaf contains a high amount of protein and nutritional benefits from the sprouted grains.
